We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a resalable time (14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition ie in its original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. We are unable to make a refund for goods which we have ceased selling.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, please notify us of this in writing within 5 working days.
We will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us for products that are defective or supplied in error by us.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty, damaged or supplied in error by us, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Please allow time for delivery of goods as stated in any email received from us accepting your order.
How to return goods to us
Contact us via the contact page to explain why you would like to return the product. We will then contact you back with an explanation of how to return the product, the address to send it to and a returns number, if we agree that you may return the product(s). Goods must be returned and received by us within two weeks of you first contacting us about returning them.
